If the parent can’t get the child an eye exam, a team from TEI goes to the school with the Big Red Bus, the University’s traveling eye clinic, to perform eye exams. Or they are bussed to TEI for care. After the exam, students are given two pairs of glasses; one to keep at school and the other to bring home with them.
